Any reproduction, copying or diffusion of images is forbidden unless given written consent from Poemana.
Images and photos on the domain name poemana.com are the intellectual property of Poemana, and only chosen distributors are allowed to use them.

The client acknowledges the terms and conditions of use, and a sale is considered to be in consent of those terms and conditions.

Authenticity

Poemana guarantees the origins and authenticity of its cultured pearls. All jewelry and cultured pearls are in conformity with the descriptions on their product pages.

All the cultured pearls sold are guaranteed authentic and of equal or greater quality to its grade written in the product page.

Poemana guarantees never to ship pearls of lesser quality than indicated, and each piece of jewelry and pearl is shipped with a certificate of authenticity bearing the GIA seal (Gemological Institute of America). This seal guarantees that the grade of each pearl is authentic.

Price

All the prices indicated on the product pages are in Euros ( € ) including . 

The price indicated in the confirmation before payment is final, and takes into account the price of the product with tax included, and transportation fee if applicable. The amount is transfered on our bank account upon payment.

If by an agreement with Poemana, a payment is divided and paid over the course of multiple payments, you acknowledge that the product(s) remain Poemana's property until the total amount given during the order's confirmation is paid.

Ordering

The automatic ordering system automatically accepts orders and payment.
The staff then manually confirms and accepts the order, and an email is sent to the client to the adress used during registration.
The sale is finalized once payment is received. 

Poemana reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
