Shipping times
For jewelry in stock, orders are shipped within 48 working hours.
Jewelry made to order is generally prepared within 10 days.
Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm, weekends and public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Track my order
As soon as your order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation with your order number.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with your parcel tracking number.
You can track your parcel in the My account > My orders section.

Shipping costs vary according to the destination, weight and value of your order.
Your shopping cart will clearly indicate the delivery methods best suited to your order and their cost.
